Operating Principle & Special Construction Features :
'Revotech' is the latest design in coil type Non-IBR Boilers, incorporating unique revolutionary principle in combustion, known as 'Reverse-Flue', which increases combustion efficiency and allows high rate of Heat Flux & is offered in Four Pass Design.

Preheated air is used to establish combustion. Two passes are completed in the 'Radiant - Zone' within the coil.

Third Pass is between the coil & shell; which is a Convective Pass.

The Fourth Pass is through an 'Efficiency - Module' comprising of an Atmospheric Economiser, where in coming feed water is preheated.

The Heat Optimiser ensures correct feed water temperature to the pump.

NON-IBR: The volumetric holding of the steam generating coil is less than 22.75 litres, by virtue of which the Boiler is exempted from Indian Boiler Regulations.

Fully automatic, Instant Steaming: 'Revotech' is a fully automatic boiler and it switches On & Off automatically depending upon a preset steam pressure set on pressure switch. This virtue of Revotech avoids continuous attention by specially trained boiler attendant during operation. Forced circulation, water tube design and Reverse Flue design enable the boiler to produce steam at full working pressure within 3 to 5 minutes from cold start.

Record Efficiency: The Reverse Flue design along with Efficiency module and Insulated Boiler Body along with integral air preheater & economizer ensures overall thermal efficiency of 88% on NCV of oil.
