Neotech offers Coal / Wood / Agro Briquette fired, Indirect type fully automatic Hot Air Generators Model Technology Block (SF) for Drying Applications.

These units offer Clean, Uncontaminated Hot Air, upto 140^° C.

The units are compact in design, Energy-Efficient, Easy to operate & simple to maintain.

TDB (SF) is supplied as a Packaged-Unit, with complete scope of supply, including a Control-Panel with safety alarm system.

The units incorporated the latest technology of 'Air - Cooled' Combustion Chamber, to avoid Cumbersome Refractory Work and facilitate immediate start up of unit & use radiant energy to boot efficiency. The unit has unique 'Multiple Air Entry' system, to ensure uniform Air Distribution in the Heat Exchanger, to ensure uniform heat dissipation in the convective chamber.

The unit is 'Robust' in construction & is made from Heavy Duty Steel Plates. The Fuel charging Door & Grates are made of Cast-Iron, to ensure Long-Life of the same & no recurring maintenance cost.

The Top-Plate can be easily opened (without disconnecting the chimney) so that Heat Exchanger tubes can be accessed & cleaned regularly to maintain Good Heat Transfer Efficiency.
